Get it together!
Halloween is over and Thanksgiving is on the way. Watch out now 'cause the Holidays are zooming in and it won't be long before a New Year is approaching. Did you accomplish all you set out to do at the beginning of this year? How many things did you say you were going to do but never got around to it?
We all do it. We have great intentions at first and then life gets in the way. That diet we started got boring. The closets we were going to organize are packed up to the ceiling. The exotic vacation we wanted to take never happened because we were too busy working. And the list goes on. Woulda, coulda, shoulda dances around in our head and keeps us stuck. This year went by fast but we have another one coming so let's do it right this time.
Start thinking about what you want to put on your "To Do" list for the coming year. Make it realistic and add some fun to it while you're at it.
The most important thing is to learn all you can about what to do to be and stay healthy. Nothing else matters if you don't have your health.
So let's get with it and put that "To Do" list together over the next two months so you have it all well defined by January 2015.
Just DO IT and stay young longer!
